I am the same.. I wear Transition Glasses that change into sunglasses outside.. And they are getting better at changing back quickly once you go back inside again
Without being on the pill of course... LOL
I used to have those too 20 years ago, before having my eyes lasered. Changing back to clear was always the downside.

Are you happy with the results after the laser treatment??
How long has it been??
It was in 2008, and I got perfect results. From -3,75 to zero, rid of all other aspects there were. Could see better than ever before, as the laser can do corrections that lenses can't.

I got my first reading glasses in January this year. In 14 years I had developed a very minor astigmatism (the smallest amount they even mention, could do without correcting it). Meaning the results had held very well.

Strix, has this heat wave reached you?

I was eventually diagnosed with vestibular migraine, and am medicated with an epilepsy drug for them. I had three strokes in 2017 that my neuro thinks were triggered by my migraines and blood clotting disorder. I’m on some pretty heavy lifelong medications now but I still have prodrome, and aura. I usually just miss the attack and the post drome phases now.

@Strixaluco I’ve often wondered about laser for my eyes.

My BFF has vestibular migraines; she has vertigo to some extent or another nearly all the time, although it's improved over time, a bit...or maybe we just get used to things that we think we can never get used to? I wonder that about a lot of things. Anyway I understand what a complex and ongoing issue this is.

It’s truly terrible for some people with the vertigo. For me I am fairly well under control most of the time at the moment but if I miss my meds I really know about it very quickly. It’s truly debilitating. I really feel for your BFF. 🥹❤️
The thing that's been so surprising to me about this is what a wide range of symptoms you can have, and the ineffectiveness of a lot of treatment. We went out to the Mayo Clinic back some years ago...maybe a decade now...and that was entertaining, but no more useful than anything else, really. It's all trial and error and figuring out how to manage.
