Every freaking one of them should be FIRED and prosecuted for dereliction of duty. All 400 of them.
I also liked how the committee which prepared the report stated that they didn't want to put any conclusions in the report because that would be their "opinions."
Uhh, HELLO! The reason you were supposed to prepare the report was to point fingers at the people responsible for the failures, and say EXACTLY WHY they're responsible. The committee didn't do that. Instead they also failed to do their duty as they swore to do.
Fire them too.

Many if not most of the responding officers were uninformed or misinformed of the situation. Command and communication was lacking; guts were not.

Uvalde Police Department members present in the school, save the one who led the initial attempt to breach the room but was unsupported by those behind him should all do their city a favor and turn in their badges.
