Nah, All the desks at the office are those powered adjustable height desks that go high enough for most to stand at. I’m a bit too tall for mine to be comfortable. I need to put blocks under the feet and raise it up.

Oh yes! I try to avoid it now if possible.

I don't do the leg thing and it also drives me crazy when people do it. I have a friend that does that. She doesn't have adhd but i always ask her if she has to go to the bathroom when she does that

Oh god, that’s awful! I used to work in the Longwood area and commuted from Salem. That was horrendous

I bounce my legs. But my BFF is worse than me. She constantly does it. I think it’s part of her OCD.

Are we talking about handling long drives with adhd? Back in the days of compact discs I would constantly switch cds while driving ( only dangerous to the cds btw.)
A lot of times I play drums on the dashboard. Sometimes I crash my car into something to break up the monotony. That’s usually after I put on cruise control so I can nap

I have no social media accounts, never have. This is the closest I get and I don't spend a huge amount of time here. I think my hyperactivity is my biggest preventative mechanism to getting drawn in by stuff
