January 6th Prosecution vs. Trump - Loving Updates

Jared and Ivanka are moving to Israel. You haven't gotten the memo on that yet? Maybe the guy delivering it to you got in on one of your farting performances and backed away, memo undelivered.

You always go silly when your positions get exploded. That's one of your tells--like accusing someone of doing something when he's the one doing it, which is Trump's primary tell.

Wasn't GinniT all excited and anxious to rant before the Committee a few weeks back. Gloating and boasting about it.

Suddenly she lawyered up and is resisting.
as i said before, or is it just a gym jordan kind of 'yes'?

Okay, you got me. I am actually Trump’s russian troll farm manager, here doing research.

Please remain posting.

Someone will be with you shortly.

Oh yeah, I’m apoplectic.

Appletons and Coke on the deck, watching the nubile grill steak and fresh corn.

Happy Canada Day!
Leftover Applebee's and tap water is more like it. Oh, you forgot the lie about the lie that you don't like "nubiles" anymore.

Gotta keep'em, separated!

Two agents contradict her hearsay testimony. Hatred for Trump is the reason for having cross examination. Every person on the commission voted to impeach Trump, that alone invalidates this sham show trial and people can see through it. This was a ploy used by Pelosi in the past, used to put a finger on the scale of justice. This whole commission is N Korean style justice. Every person on that commission should be a neutral arbiter if getting to the truth is the real reason for establishing the commission. This commission is supposed to be an internal audit as well as a self evaluation of what went wrong, why the capital was so vulnerable. During the 9/11 commission they actually found problems with intel. Not one active politician was on the 9/11 commission and that's how it should be today.

We get it. You sit at the 50 yard line on he MAGA bleachers. Blame the select committee on hatred of trump, not protecting democracy. That plays best with the base who cheer the BIG LIE.

I think luk and keith are buttering each other’s muffins.

They finish each others rants now.

This is unlike any commission that’s come before it. Nothing like the Benghazi hearings for example. In those hearings, Speaker Boehner had 5 Democrats on the panel picked by Nancy Pelosi. One of them was Adam Schiff who devoted much of his time to demanding the committee be disbanded. This one has no adversarial format. It’s scripted and produced with the aid of a TV consultant, and all members are in lockstep.

Pelosi’s first mistake was breaking a long standing rules and practice dictate by vetoing two of McCarthy’s selections. As Politico noted at the time, “Her decision sent shock waves through the House.”
Absolutely, the 1/6 committee definitely should have had insurrectionists on it.

Your comment illustrates the J6 problem. Pelosi doesn’t want adversarial arguments. Wants to present a scripted narrative with all committees members in lockstep.

so why didn't she object to all five of the republicans formerly proposed to sit on the committee? she rejected 2, and for damned good reasons given their involvement in the insurrection. blame mccarthy for pulling all the republicans and threatening any who DID step up to the plate.

She didn't want a conflict of interest regarding the acts of January 6.

That's a problem most people want to avoid when performing an investigation.

McCarthy had plenty of candidates to choose from that he refused to provide.

Thanks for confirming the obvious. She didn’t want the public exposed to those adversaries. This is unlike any committee that’s come before it.

The minority party leader made his selections. That’s how these things have traditionally worked. Pelosi’s mistake was rejecting long-standing rules and protocols. The result is heavily-scripted one-sided made-for-TV production, orchestrated with the help of a media consultant.

The rules were defined. She said no to two and Republicans pulled them all.

Fuck off...they made their choice...nobody forced that hand . Based on what's been revealed...they did so politically.

McCarthy had an opportunity to have a cross examination and he literally said no.

And that was after the Senate also had the same choice.

Kinda like Champy and chompbone during the morning shift
Except we're not racist drunk idiots who want another Civil War. We also haven't paid for wives or killed our children. Other than that, exactly the same.
