That's for the courts to decide and the system to administer. You can use your brain to figure out guilt and innocence for yourself (and I'm willing to bet I'm more objective with this than you are). If you didn't know how rotten on many levels Trump was before the 2016 elections you are just stupid or pretending.

After all that's happened, if you don't know that Trump is guilty of multiple crimes, including initiating a coup against the United States, you are just a rotten Trumper yourself.

If you refuse or try to avoid testifying to Congress, you are guilty of something. If you plead the 5th when testifying (as Trump himself declares) you are guilty of something. Pardons are based on determined guilt. If you ask for one, you are acknowledging you are guilty of something.

Don’t forget that it’s up to the DOJ to prosecute. Lazy Attorney General Merrick Garland has been on the job for 15 months. His DOJ has been conducting its investigation this whole time. It appears he’s hoping the House can find a crime his own team hasn’t. And so far, the J6 committee isn’t playing nice.

There's over 200 people currently on trial for their participation on January 6. Id say he's doing just fine.
