I asked you the question first, you declined to answer, and instead tried to pass off an non answer, and move the conversation in a different direction. As of yet,I have not seen from you a valid reason, except your own desire, for them to release transcripts as they occur.

Since these hearing could ultimately lead to criminal referrals against certain persons, I see no reason to release any transcripts, until such time as the release could not interfere in an investigation.

To me even the witness examinations/information currently released should not have been, however I also remember the Watergate hearings, and if those had not been viewed in the public lens, Nixon perhaps would have never had to resign. So there is that to consider.

Being from Florida, we have plenty of conservative, right wing, christian radio stations that echo Trumps claims even after today's testimony. I find it insulting and showing any lack of intelligent in not working on responding to some of the claims other than Kangaroo court, unfair hearing, one sided crap. The witnesses to me are very creditable, honest, patriotic and are putting themselves in harms way by what can only be described as creditable threats from those close to the godfather mafia Don.

On January 6th Trump while at his rally was made aware that his followers were mad because they were being disarmed (clubs, brass knuckles, mace, body armor). Trump wanted the Secret Service to pull the mag units and quit searching his followers. He also was made aware that a large contingent of his followers were near the Washington monument and the Mall who were armed. Trump also tried to go to the Capitol to lead his followers but was told repeatedly it was a bad idea. A former WH aide to Mark Meadows said Trump tried to turn his vehicle around but did not succeed even though he laid hands on one of his Secret Service detail. Testimony today clearly painted Trump as nothing more than a dictator want to be who only cared about power.

The witnesses have also also all been Republicans who once were "believers" and in Trump's administration. One of the least of the man's "talents" is taking care of his own.

One issue coming out of the most recent hearings should give Trumpers some comfort. Until now, Trump's failure to carry out on his declaration to march to the Capitol with his insurrectionists, going back to the White House instead, could only be seen as his personal cowardice. If the story of him struggling with the Secret Service holds up, it shows that he tried to carry through with that promise.

No need to speculate. Get them under oath. She was relating what she claims she was told third hand. Get those who experienced this (or didn't) under oath. This isn't her credibility under question beyond being truthful about what someone else told her. She carefully characterized it as someone else describing it. Did someone tell her that or not?

What she misspoke about was which vehicle was involved (which again is based on what she was told). She indicated she was told it was the larger "Beast." not a Suburban SUV, in which someone from the backseat can lean far enough into the front to grab the wheel. (Of course, she was there on the scene. She should know what vehicles brought his entourage there. She was in the entourage.)

It's all sideshow to what is needed to evidence Trump's mind-set and attitude toward armed people present and his role in them being there and doing what they did. Yes, this point should be pinned down by getting others under oath as she was, but dwelling on it majors in the minors for the purposes of distracting from an ongoing coup attempt by a rotten man.
