Not ignored, haven't had a chance to search my archives of data references and links (and in the worst case if the links no longer exists I'll have to search the WayBackMachine to find the sources). My sources are DOJ/FBI but I have to find the reports.


However, we would also need to level set your "sources" inflated definition of "Mass Shooter".

The lack of a single definition can lead to alarmism in the news media, with some reports conflating categories of different crimes. And no formal government "law" exists defining them.

With all the multitude of different definitions of a mass shooting, there are also certain inclusions and exclusions that change depending on the bias of the source.
some examples:
Exclusions:
University of Pennsylvania says no matter how many people are killed, if a shooting occurs by a foreign terrorist that is not included.​

Another exclusion is if 10 people are shot but only 2 die.​

As are familicides (only Mother Jones (3+ killed), WaPo (4+ injured or killed) and USA Today (4+ injured or killed) includes these in their tracker)​

Deaths as a result of gang/drug wars (St Valentine's Day type of attacks - 2 rivals fighting it out no innocents bystanders harmed)​

Inclusions:​

Some inclusions are multiple deaths caused by an armed robbery, not necessarily an event where someone goes about to cause bodily harm as the only criminal factor​

occasionally if the "Source" is trying to pump up body count numbers to induce more hoplophobism they will include these.​

The FBI doesn't have a mass shooting definition; instead, they define "mass murder" as an incident where four or more people are killed, by any weapon type car, bat, knifes, guns, fists, etc... Congress did make a formal law "Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012", which makes a mass killing defined as a killing with at least three deaths, excluding the perpetrator. This only added funding to pay rewards, and gave the US Attorney General – on a request from a state – may assist in investigating "mass killings" additional jurisdictional powers.

Everytown currently defines it as a shooting in which four or more people are shot and killed, excluding the shooter

Well from your original post's claim, I suggest you do exactly that, before, not after posting erroneous information while making claims. That is just common sense, if you wish to be taken seriously.

Actually recalling the data, is not the same as having the source available for posting. The claim is factual and not erroneous, just because I have the capability to recall certain facts and figures, doesn't mean that I have the source link readily available 2-4 years later for fast easy retrieval.

There is no "standard" definition of "mass shooting", not even among law enforcement. I would be interested to to note where you found such a universal standard definition; ISO doesn't have one either.

My data from the FBI which does define a standard, used for crime tracking in general. Not to label it a crime there is a distinction.

Having to comb through my posts on multiple boards, emails, presentations, classes, etc. can take a while and admittedly its not the highest priority at this time.

The government did none of these things.

Covid deaths were counted the same way other deaths are counted.
The vaccines have proven not to cause harm.
The source of the virus is still believed to be natural.
The CDC did the job they were meant to do.
