Not flag football. Touch football is different. You just have to touch the player, not grab pull off anything. Sometimes, there are restrictions on where you can touch. Like above the waist. I'm not sure what requirements you would want to establish.

I'm thinking about this and I'd have to make my own rules. So I can grope asses. In a tackle, I wouldn't want my bits out of play.. 😉

Maybe you have to touch different parts of the body each quarter of the game.. there would be quarters..?
 
With touch football, you don't need to have 11 players on each team, but one would usually want to have at least 6 players on a team to have a couple of blockers and to be able to make passes. I mean throw passes.
I think the touching areas might depend upon the mix of the sexes in the game. Ideally, I think one would want a relatively even balance of players with male and with female parts.
Well, maybe, the more I think about it, the ideal mix might be one male and 11 females. In that case, the females could touch me anywhere they wanted

See, I just learned about how baseball works this spring. Football I know just a few basics. Learning though.

I think I have to disagree though on the ratio though. At least based on my mood right now lol... I'm stuck on the touching lots of men. Makes my day.
