You have to remember Johnny Boy is a racist piece of shit who thinks that social programs have never decreased crime which is patently false. That somehow the voting public knows this. Now THAT is probably true but people know a lot of things that aren't true.

When did social programs reduce the crime rate? Document your assertion, like I do.

One of the few successful social experiments in the United States has been the increase in the prison population.

From 1960 to 1970 the prison population declined from 212,953 to 196,429

The civil rights legislation was passed. Poverty declined because of a broadly based economic expansion, and War on Poverty Programs.

During this time the crime rate per 100,000 inhabitants increased from 1,887.2 to 3,984.5

From 1980 to 2016 the prison population increased from 315,974 to 1,380,427

Poverty increased because the economy became more competitive, and because of cuts in welfare.

During this time the crime rate per 100,000 declined from 5,950,0 to 2,489.3.

Evil is a cop out for when you need to create a new level of behavior that separates a person's action from humanity. It allows people to think that we aren't capable of those acts and some other actor must play a part. Because if they didn't have that, that means they would be capable of the same.

The truth is we all are capable of those things. Most of us just choose not to if given an opportunity.

Here's the problem. You for starters do not "show your work" you copy and paste and judging by the differences in how you post directly and when you show your work its pretty safe to say that you aren't the original author. That said. The crime rates have fallen globally aside from Africa and South/Central America. Much of what has gone wrong in those areas can be laide firmly at the feet of the United States and our various allies anyhow.

If the "social experiment" was a primary driver here it should belimited to the US, it shouldn't be global and shouldn't be LARGER in nations that have been expanding their social networks to include things like health care, education, public transit in the years that have followed.

Now racist POS that you are, you could try to attribute some of that to homongenous cultural and racial populations. . .but they didn't become MORE French/English/German etc over the last thirty odd years. They simply didn't. And when we look at crime in general, and "violent crime" in particular most of that is within a local community, not between different groups.
