Oh btw, do you know what a huge RELIEF it is to feel like "ok, what shall I tackle next" after been exhausted, depressed and seriously lacking initiative etc for years? And I still did about a month ago!

I have a feeling some individual here might now...

Well I have a buyer who is now negotiating with his bank!

But I have to get rid of everything that will not fit into my next home. From 170m2 to maybe 62 m2... and just a small cellar cubicle instead of a 200m2 cellar and 400m2 garage.

That’ll be a job! Does anyone use Facebook Marketplace there or something similar? Or are there local free-cycle type groups? My town has one on Facebook called Pay it Forward. People advertise things they’re giving away and people arrange to pick it up. Might be worth looking into if you have a lot that’s not worth selling. Having people come to you instead of hauling everything to your car.

About every municipality around here has a FB market group, and there are free-cycle groups as well. I will use those for the furniture and some things I intend to sell.

But we have recycling center where I can just take stuff and leave it, and they will sell it in their shop. Also some wonderful people collect and distribute basic things for the refugees from Ukraine. And I have at least one big bag of stuff that I intend to donate to the Finland-Ukraine-association in Tampere, they collect stuff that goes to the soldiers in Ukraine. (My husband was a soldier, so I actually have useful things for them.)
