Thanks for your kind comments ... really appreciated, not least because I always see myself as being smaller than most guys
@talikat - over weight apparently according to my doctor because I should be 6 inches taller or 2 stone lighter!
@TANSTAAFL58 - That thing can get a lot harder in the right circumstances but sadly those circumstances are very rare nowadays
