HONEY HAS SEEN THE LIGHT! HALLELUJAH!

I think it's one of those things which you can do without thinking about it if you're taught when you're young. Most of my cooking nowadays is of the "okay, it's 8pm, I'm home from work, what's in the fridge, and what can I face cooking so I'm eating by 8.30" variety. Plus a proper Sunday lunch, because, tradition and standards must be upheld with the help of roast potatoes in industrial quantities.
That scenario would challenge me too. I also wouldn’t be cooking tempura on a weekday night. Jamie has some nice dishes in his 30 minute meals book.

oooooh I do love a proper Sunday lunch. proper roast potatoes are the best bit! What’s your favourite Sunday lunch to cook?
