question about hotwives/cuckolding and lit readers

I enjoy cuck stories.
I'm constantly looking for new authors.
Those I like the best are the ones presented as factual, a retelling of an actual event.
I especially enjoy reading about how the wife was converted from being a traditional, monogamous, "good little girls don't do that sort of thing", woman to being a hotwife, or at least to being open to being shared with other men.

So, why is that disconnect there?

There are a few "campers" in LW that appear to be in profound denial. The only way they can convince themselves they're not what they hate is to pour that hate on everybody else. They're not there for the story, but rather the opportunity of making a spectacle of themselves because that's how they get off.

Literotica is a free site and doesn't really have the resources to be able to combat that kind of parasitic user without some blunt-force tools (like turning off comments). If you're looking for fan reaction, you have to wade through the idiots who are only there to take a dump in the aisle.

But it can be done...

I'm in the middle of writing what is really biographical and not fiction. I'm not a writer, but I'm trying to share my experience and perhaps add my perspective to the Cuckold Lifestyle.
I certainly understand the criticism of my writing. It is warranted and even if the feedback is crass, I accept it and seek to improve.

Some of the feedback I've received has been racist, homophobic, and physically threatening. The only way I can reconcile this kind of feedback is the the commenter is either not mentally challenged in some way or is very unhappy with their life.

If they are mentally challenged, they should still learn to control their outbursts. I understand that this is just the way life is for them and we all have our challenges. So, I really wish them well and hope for the best for them.

For the ones that are so unhappy with their life or are racist or prejudice to the point they want to threaten other people, there really is no excuse. I would expect that most of the are keyboard warriors. They feel powerless and this is how they lash out. With a very small percentage (perhaps 0%) as an exception, I would expect if they spoke with me in person, they would just keep quiet or be polite.

I challenge my thinking on this and can't come up with a different theory. Otherwise, why would you both to read a story that has tags and is titled for something you don't like? Why would you continue to read a story, and following chapters, if it is something you don't like?

I have recieved some great feedback with constructive criticism or just email discussing the topic. That makes this worthwhile.

I think it is becoming more popular but people do not understand what they cannot have or can be jealous of. It is still hard to believe that people can separate love and sex and enjoy both to different ends. I do think a lot of the stories online tend to come from people wishing to be able to engage in that type of lifestyle but whether a fictional or real story you think people could be kind and enjoy the story or move on.

I have written plenty of Cockolding Stories and got both favorable reviews, as well as unfavorable ones. I would like to say that it depends on how plausible the story line is, but the ones that got unfavorable reviews were more plausible in my opinion, then the others, that were less plausible.

I thought maybe it was because readers could imagine their wives or girlfriends actually doing it, was why they were angered, but that is just a guess.

Ive given up on LW category. Still the 'discovery' of the Hotwire/cuckold situation is hot (as are most of my stories, see below). The connecting idea is usually a very reluctant wife, especially one who hasn't fooled around. The idea I'm working on now is the best friend category who likes sitting next to her at dinner and maybe it starts with a foot against an ankle, or even her talking to him fairly close and she realizes he is looking down her blouse. At some point, he gets up to handle a phone call and I turn to her and ask where all that touching is going. She blushes and denies it first, then says it's innocent. Then I'm shocked as I say to her, "Maybe you'll let him do more'. That goes on for awhile and then I tell them I have to call my office and that I might be away for awhile. An hour later I sneak a peek and their hands are on each other. So I call my wife and tell her I have to go back to the office and why don't the two of them take an Uber back to our place. The tension in the story is both my amazed feelings as my wife is going further and further and frankly, HER confusion as she allows him to do more and more. Of course when I gt home before them and then I 'catch' them.....and they are embarrassed but I ask her if she is going to take her hand off his thick penis. She stares at her hand and then says, oh so softly, "I........don't want to let go........."

Those sub-categories make all the difference.

The motivations, intentions and sexuality of all the characters – all the potential people of the situation – really affect how it impacts the reader (who is generally projecting themselves into the role of one of those characters). Based on apparent feedback, it seems like women are more forgiving about a character who diverges from their own choices, but the men tend to go off the rails a little (hence "awful comments").

Your story there was comparatively "safe" – but really well written! Forget the comments, keep going!

It can be difficult, in writing, to convey inoffensive thoughts while using highly offensive words.

It is analogous to spanking. On one hand you are striking a person in order to cause pain, which is wrong. But, since you know they enjoy that particular pain and they consent to it, it's not wrong.
