At a speech in New Orleans on Saturday night, Trump mused that we could simply apply Chinese flags to our F-22s and then “bomb the s--t out of Russia,” setting off a conflict between those two countries.

one of those ideas he tosses out that he actually thinks is a grand idea but retains the play to call it 'a joke' if it doesn't go down too well with his backers

Putting Ukraine decals on US made aircraft (or the MIG-29's) furnished by Poland is exactly what the current administration is talking about. All the more so considering that the US is discussing "making good" on all the aircraft Poland furnishes the Ukraine. If they follow through on that insane idea it will merely drag Poland into the fray and consequently NATO. Those stupid bastards are gong to turn this into a nuclear exchange yet.
