We have Crumpets. At least in the Mid-West we do. I have bought them for years, instead of English Muffins. I prefer the texture and they way they hold everything you put on them! My favorite way is just a little butter and jam. And of course, they are toasted, put in a flat pan, or grilled. I have never, ever, ever, stuck one in a fucking microwave!

Nope, they are a tad different in texture.
We have crumpets in Canada.
No Thomas’s English Muffins though. Only knock offs and those kind of suck.

They're the same thing/brand. Usually with butter/marmalade/jelly or make breakfast sammies like a McDonald's Egg McMuffin.

I love them with cheese. You have to remember they don't keep, though. I've never seen another food go as mouldy as fast.

The texture is unique. Almost a bit rubbery. Makes me wonder if I'd take to a gimp mask.
