Please point out, or quote, where I said he took them AFTER he left the White House? You can't because I never said it. Because of that, EVERYTHING you attribute to me in the following rant is false. I believe you are confusing what I said with what someone else said. You keep trying to put on me what isn't mine. Did you do that as a lawyer? It seems that's your style. A not very effective tactic. Or is it because your cognitive abilities are waning?

These same dolts read the Washington Post report about Trump sharing classified information with Foreign Head of State (I don’t recall who.) and screamed that he should be impeached for doing so, that he committed treason against the United States, blah blah blah. Yet, never acknowledged their idiocy when it was revealed that as POTUS, he has the power to declassify information on the spot. Morons, all LibTards are morons!

So how it is that you insist that Trump having documents at Mar A Lago violated the law if he obtained said docs WHILE he was President? The ONLY way he could have violated the law in getting the docs was to get them AFTER he left office.

Or else he didn't violate the law like you claim he did. Which is it?

Those records should have been handed over to the National Archives.

Presidential Records Act: requires presidents and White House staff to preserve official documents and communications, and turn those items over to the Archives at the end of a president's term.


he clearly believed he was to be re-elected, and then–when that didn't happen–that the results of 2022 that actually came in would overturned so he could stay in the job, and didn't want the Biden administration (who were supposed to have been got up to date on all current stuff prior to the confirmation of President Biden) to see anything important or useful.
