The Hillary email story seemed silly to me. There are many better reasons to drop her out of a plane over Iraq, Syria, Libya, etc.

"Shouldn't have" isn't a criminal offense.

And, if Brandon does the same, then I fully expect Secret Service to go retrieve the docs just like they did from Trump.

As for the sensitive docs being equal to grade school note passing, give it a fucking rest. If all you have are analogies to grade school, you lack the sophistication and intelligence to even be having this conversation. Which actually isn't all that surprising after reading the drivel you'e been posting all these years.

You must have missed the part where he was President when he took the docs because if he got access to them AFTER Brandon was sworn in, and therefore was no longer President, then he had the authority to do whatever the hell he wanted to do with them.

AND, if Trump was able to access classified docs after Brandon taking office, what the hell does that say for Brandon's administration's ability to protect classified materials?

Of course if Biden did the same everyone would expect the Secret Service to retrieve them, but what oh what would be your total response if Biden did? Would you give it a shoulder shrug as you have with the donald, or an extended insult laced rant? Be honest.

I didn't equate the sensitive docs with a note passed in class; I did equate the HANDLING of those docs to the HANDLING of a note passed in class. I believe your lack of comprehension of what I said, or blatant red herring fallacy on this point, doesn't hold up.

The former guy was responsible for surrendering any classified documents in his possession once his term of office ended. He obviously did not. Even BoBo knows its a crime to possess classified information you're no longer entitled to.

Nothing is going to happen because of it. Obama and every other President in recent memory have done the same thing. Yes, he has the ultimate authority. All classification authority stems from the President's plenary authority to determine what is classified and what isn't.

He was. But he didn't leave for Mar-a-Lago until the night before Biden was sworn in. It's all irrelevant anyway. The records created on government time belong to the government, by law, not the individual president. These aren't Trump's records. When he destroyed or walked off with them, he was illegally handling government property. Of the great multitude of cases building against Trump, this is going to be one of the easiest ones to get him for.
