Donald Trump met with sharp criticism on Monday after he released a new statement taking credit for the success of NATO and claiming to have helped arm Ukraine.

perhaps i'm way too jaded, but 'citizens'? it smacks of individuals rubbing their paws together about what they might get their hands on. the rights to seize these assets belongs in the hands of relevant authorities (i.e port authorities for vessels, airport authorities for planes and so on), not anyone who feels like having a go (PARTICULARLY is that individual already has a little economic clout behind them and always fancied a yacht or a private jet).
