What the fuck?! This is simply a routine matter in process. We've known for months that the seat has to be filled, and filled before the midterms. I might as well demand delaying the midterms because war is looming.

The continued belief that she's not qualified is horseshit. You can not point out what she lacks in qualifications nor can you name someone more qualified and why.

Democrats see race and gender as additional qualifications because it adds that perspective to rulings.

But even if you remove that, she's qualified for the position. I'd say her time as public defender is a definite asset missing from the current justices.
