The feature I think need to be fixed, if possible is the showing online status. I understand that others might see me as offline when I uncheck them. But what if I want to change it and I couldn't tell the difference. You know, sometimes it might not work. I have to ask someone?

I think it was better the way it was before.

If I understand your question .....

There should be a green dot at the bottom center of Avatars of those who have the 'online' option checked. See posts 31 and 33 for example.

Ignore doesn't really fully Ignore either like VBB did. You can still see parts of their posts. BUT it DOES hide the posts if they're quoted.

But this is an XF thing I see on other forums that use it.

There is. But I can also see the green dot on me, although I am offline.
I know the others don't see it but what I am saying is that we should be able to see the difference on our own, in case we want to switch from on and off.

If you want to change the look of the forum, there is a style chooser in the footer. The two available styles are Classic Literotica and Modern Literotica. The Modern Literotica style will eventually be getting a dark mode to go along with the full Literotica site dark mode that we've already been working on.

I changed my av but on the forum it looks like my old av (top hat) and when I click on my profile, it shows the new av (eyeballs).

Still can't edit Profiles, unless the Story side one carries over here now?

XF has the ability to Hide/Ignore forum sections, but I don't see it as an option here. Yet.

I have been able to edit my bio.

But I hate the new look. I have vision problems and can only see the forum when I enlarge to 150% or more. I need a darker mode. I can't see how to change to the other mode. In fact I can't see much of anything.

The signature now had a very restricted space allowance. I have had to edit mine substantially and it still;l doesn't look right.

Hi, I can't find my own attachments any longer

I didn't have any issues, but I've heard over other communication platforms that there are people who can't login (says username or password are incorrect) and that the password reset never sends to them. One person said the password reset said their account didn't exist. I sent the specifics in a PM.

Overall looks good so far. Looks like you covered most if not all the bases. One thing I do like: replies to threads with picture posts now do not automatically display the original picture, but have a 'click to expand' feature; this helps eliminate the clutter in those threads.

Address cropping of Avatars.
Disable display of posted images.
Adjust Sort Order to Newest First for those that want it.
Display Profile Pictures from Story Side

Add to that 'Currently viewing ... thread' which is a bit too snoopy

The older version (probably before you were here) was this same way. You were visible to yourself, but not to others. You can go into the privacy options and check or uncheck your visibility. So if you want to be visible, you check it, If you want to be invisible, you uncheck it. But yes, you will still show visible to yourself.

That's a very HUGE plus. Many sigs were waaayyyyy too long.

That's an issue on some XF sites, but others have resolved it, so there must be an add-on or option to display them.

No, click on the "Forums" up and then "watched threads".

The main problem with the new watched threads format is that I can no longer go straight to the last read post in each thread. Now I just have to guess what page I was last on and find my last read post. Horrible!

List/display previously uploaded Attachments for access, deletion and reuse.

I use this on mobile and it’s very large and busy. I don’t mind the bright white, but the headlines are too contrasted and the font used, even for messages don’t need to be so large.

Also the lack of privacy. When you look at the member list and select more, you can see what people are doing. Responding to messages or which threads they are in. There should be a way to turn this off. I like the old way of seeing the people logged in. Much easier to click on my friends and send a message.

In the message box there is additional information, how many replies, how many in conversation, etc. This should be an option for people who need it. It feels more like a beginners guide with everything you need to know right up front. It again makes sending a simple message very cluttered.

It’s as if you decided everything on the page has the same importance so everything needs to be focused on at the same time. It’s very hard on the eyes.

Just click on the thread title now. No need for a separate icon any more.

It is far less intuitive. Navigation with a screenreader is rough to say the least, far more clicks and scrolling to do basic tasks that I could do from the one click of the user cp before.
