No, the main difference is that they were directly involved with Trump's administration. If Biden had that degree of involvement (or really any involvement whatsoever) with Biden's administration, then you would have a case here; but he doesn't. There's also a boy-who-cried-wolf situation at work here, since the right has been bashing Hunter since before the 2020 campaign even started, and the only thing they've ever proven him to be guilty of is nepotism. And 1) nepotism isn't a crime, though it probably should be, and 2) in comparison to Trump and his family, you do NOT want to go there!
