Oksy, I know this is a column by Ann Coulter, but take away her commentary and the facts she lays out are horrifying:

"As for media coverage, did you even know that the FBI found Epstein’s cache of sex tapes labeled “(name of underage girl) + (name of VIP)” — and then lost them?

"Immediately after Epstein’s arrest at Teterboro Airport in July 2019, the FBI executed a search warrant on his New York mansion. Following a daylong search, agents discovered a hidden safe in the closet of a fifth-floor dressing room, used a saw to break into it, and found an enormous collection of photos of naked girls, and CDs of the girls apparently having sex with influential men.

"Then, the agents left — abandoning the photos and CDs, with Epstein’s employees free to wander about the place. As Kelly Maguire, FBI special agent in charge of the search, explained during Maxwell’s trial, they only had a warrant to search the house, but not to remove evidence — evidence at the heart of the entire sex trafficking scheme."...

I think you are on to something here. I've been waiting for this case to break wide open especially since the Prince Andrew part has been exposed enough so to make us all wonder which powerful men where involved with Epstein.

It goes beyond any party affiliation....I think we may find all sorts of folks involved in this. Coulter leans towards partisan analysis with the investigation....I think she is wrong going in tht direction....this case goes in ALL directions.

Finally! A thread that might end up covering ALL aspects of the case from before 2006 until now.

I googled it at length, and it's frustrating to see how massmedia's focus is in the line of
55% on Epstein/Ghislain,
46% on Prince Andrew,
2.5% on Clinton,
and 0.05% on authorities' response.

I'm glad to hear you say that. There is something very, very wrong with how this case was handled from start to finish, and the actions are of people who have something to hide, or who have powerful friends who do.

I'm willing to drop all the partisan bickering for once and let the chips fall where they may. If Trump is involved, so be it. We need answers.

amen to both of you guys.
The attitude of Leftists and Rightists in this forum vis a vis this case has been infuriating. They don't give a shit about the bigger picture, all they care about is that their parry 'wins.

also just came across this:https://www.npr.org/2019/08/22/7533...igure-donation-how-media-fell-short-on-epstei

Apparently Vanity Fair, NYT, and ABC News would have Had Epstein years before (Graydon Carter and Amy Robach had depositions from Epstein's sexual victims, on tape). However, their employers eventually quashed the stories. Carter claims that he had threats from Epstein (a dead cat on his porch, a bullet) but who knows what the real story was.

It's becoming apparent that the role of the FBI in damn near anything is a nefarious role. They are increasingly playing the part of the NKVD for certain elites.

I see that Nick Bryant, too wrote some pretty accusatory things about FBI:

Yep, track them ALL down and prosecute them ALL. Board Trumpette attempts to paint liberals as scared of this are a bunch of baloney. The most currently significant person who would/will to down with this is Donald Trump.

Epstein had a lot of poerful people in his corner in just about every major aspect of society that matters: Industry, finance, government, law enforcement, academia, journalism. People who can keep stories like this quiet.

Whoever blows the lid off this, it's not likely to be from an outlet with a name. I think most, if not all, are compromised.

I have noticed that accounts of this story say very little about the teenaged girls. Who are they? How did they get caught up in this? Are they American or foreign? What do they have to say?

Let's all be very careful not to let any QAnon vibe creep into this discussion.

There's a Netflix series about Epstein that features numerous firsthand accounts from the young women. Most of them were naive kids, not necessarily poor (though a few of them came from challenging environments), but all of them susceptible to having their heads turned by proximity to conspicuous wealth. And then, once you're hooked, you're told you have to give the middle aged creep a rub-and-tug.

I've been curious to see if Maxwell will be a little more talkative with her sentencing approaching.

There has been a lot of concern in recent years about international sex-trafficking. Is the Epstein story an instance of that, or is it something different?

The fuck? Are you serious? First it's called a "search warrant." You need probable cause to enter a house and the warrant based on some piece of evidence that you are searching for because it is potentially incriminating to the subject of the investigation.

Follow the evidence wherever it leads. If it helps you uncover a pedophile in your party, then your party will be richer to expel that person.

I think that these are irrelevant to this thread.

The heinousness of the individual sexual acts have already been established, just like the fact that the players (Andrew &) should be prosecuted for paedophilia.
But - as horrifying as their crimes are - these were just peripheral players and honing just on them will unintentionally move the goalposts of the thread.

I suspect that what Bud/Will want to ultimately focus on, are those who set up this all scheme: Epstein/Maxwell's handlers.
They didn't set up the scheme just to appease the dark and sordid appetites of people like Prince Andrew, Clinton, Trump, or MIT scientists like Marvin Minsky.

What for, then? Money?

She does NOT have a good track record with factual accuracy. I'll wait until we hear this from a reputable source.

Regarding Epstein's death:

His death was officially ruled as a suicide, specifically saying he hanged himself with his bed sheet. Naturally scores of people in the perpetually paranoid American body politic believe that Epstein was killed, usually by some powerful person who did not want their connection with his crimes revealed. The Clintons are common "suspects" because of course they are. This is encapsulated in the phrase "Epstein didn't kill himself," which went viral very quickly, and unlike a billionaire geriatric pedophile on prison suicide watch, this meme has refused to die. Such widespread acceptance can be traced to three things — legitimate procedural fuck-ups that the prison staff made in regards to him, mass resentment of the well-off elite that he was intricately linked with, and some supposed discrepancies in the autopsy.

It's not impossible that Epstein was murdered, but it's likely he did commit suicide and the guards utterly screwed up. There's easier and less suspicious ways to "off" Epstein that wouldn't attract nearly as much attention, e.g., a routine bureaucratic decision that leads to Epstein being declared safe enough to be housed with the general population of inmates and just letting things happen.

This proves one thing. They didn't find anything that incriminates Trump despite all of the claims by the board's prominent lefties.

Oh, I can find more than one for that.

This pathologist is possibly the most prolific around, Michael Baden.

Who also autopsied George Floyd and found he definitely was murdered, it wasn't drugs or covid. But let me guess, you're not so sure of his expertise on that one?
