Which means you have no way of knowing if its proponents have ever tried to prove it. Those of us who have read a book or two on the subject know that - setting aside whether or not we agree with their arguments - they have in fact gone to great lengths to support their arguments. There's no doubt that racism, systemic racism, was present in the US before. That is long gone, and if anything, laws today tilt the playing field in the other direction. CRT boosters cannot show that systemic racism even exists, much less that it's a sinificant factor in the lives of Amerians.

There's a lot to unpack here, but suffice to day that cops stopped and frisked blacks and latinos for the same reason Willie Sutton robbed banks: That's where the money is. And in doing so, the lives of thousands of blacks and latinos were spare. So is it racist to want to keep black and latino folks from being murdered?
