Anyone who uses the words "racist" and "racism" as derogatory terms is accusing whites for the problems blacks cause for themselves and for us whites with their low IQ averages and high rates of crime and illegitimacy.

We do not force so many Negroes to do poorly in school, to commit all those crimes and have all those illegitimate children that we are expected to support on welfare. They behave and perform this way because for most of them it is natural. The process of human evolution has not prepared most Negroes for characteristics necessary to contribute to civilization. Characteristics that enabled the ancestors of blacks to thrive in the tribal environments of sub Saharan Africa cause many of them to earn felony convictions in civilized countries.

Those who continue to blame white racism for black social pathology cannot explain why black rates of crime and illegitimacy rose after 1964. They cannot explain why black academic performance has improved very little, despite expensive government programs like Head Start and No Child Left Behind.

If critical race theory was taught as a number of debatable topics open for discussion and permissible disagreement, I would welcome it. It is not taught this way at all; it is an attempt at indoctrination. Students who disagree with the assertions of critical race theory risk bad grades. Employees who disagree risk losing their jobs.

A. CRT is the idea that America was founded as a racist state, that all of our institutions are shot through with racism and that racism is the normal order of the day in America. The only evidence proffered for this is disparities between whites and blacks in desirable categories.

B. It is being taught. Not directly as something called CRT, but as a lens through which to interpret events.
