Doocy didn't need the question answered, it was mainly rhetorical.


Just putting it out there (and the subsequent non-answer)
was what clearly drove the point home for the Independent voter.

Biden won them over Trump, but now he's shedding them

The fact that he's shedding the Latino vote is what has them in a panic and they won't be coming back anytime soon. The Latino voting bloc is twice the size of the Black voting bloc. Throw in the independents that you mentioned and things aren't looking good for the blue team.

Both administrations deserve criticism.

I'd say for differing reasons, but both underestimated the persistence of the virus and the time-frame for making it out.

Virologists and immunologists haven't really changed their tune, but our government hasn't responded with the veracity and full effort that is required.
 
Oh I'm perfectly fine with Biden losing or not running. Though I don't recall when we changed the rules. Under Obama we (mostly) all accepted that Obama wasn't responsible for much before either his first budget or his State of the Union. (That is gonna be a horrible lie by the way) Trump's first year was piggy backing 100% on what Obama put in place. Why is this any different?

While we're at it why is it that the Left failed to attack Trump for jobs lost, especially on the tail end. The so called Crime Wave started under Trump after nearly three decades of steady decline. I don't blame Trump for it. Given that there are plenty of crims that one way or another can be linked to staying at home way, way too long.

Psockpuppet isn't the worst spokesperson of any administration in the modern era, that's reserved for her staff when she isn't behind the podium and they are.

WH media spokespersons all lie, that's their job. They're supposed to tell the public via the media what's going on in the administration in a way that the public swallows it without gagging too much. Yet, the moment Psockpuppet first opened her mouth, people started gagging and haven't stopped for 11 months.

Just wondering: are you saying Biden is responsible for the deaths? I know that Biden was implying that Trump was responsible, and it can be argued that the Trump administration didn’t really help mitigate the pandemic deaths compared to other countries. But I am not sure what else Biden could have done differently when most of the deaths took place. However, there are many criticisms of the way the Trump administration handled things.

But - I will say the way the Trump administration fast-tracked the paperwork for the vaccines was a good thing and deserves credit for.

Do you think that Biden should resign, and allow Harris to take charge? She is definitely capable of the job.

I reject the premise altogether.

I don't think that presidents can control viruses, so putting the responsibility for deaths on the heads of a president is stupid.

But, I do believe that if you set rules for other people, you should abide by those rules yourself.

If Biden believes that X makes you a bad person, and Biden is X, then Biden has made himself to be a bad person.

By his own metric, he is responsible for those deaths and is not fit to be President.
