Rittenhouse print will walk

If that were the case, his lawyers could get the conviction overturned on appeal. Appellate courts are never intimidated.

They won't.

That was the case, it was well documented.

Maxine Waters even went down there to make some threat personally and encourage leftist violence and condone the terrorism.

Bullshit, the courts are a fucking farce, a god damn joke just like our rule of law and "nation".

Absolute fuckin' joke.

And who was the aggressor. Did you forget that little tidbit?

Rittenhouse didn't even live in Wisconsin, never mind Kenosha. He drove up there looking for a fight, with a gun he couldn't legally buy himself. Sure looks like an aggressor to me.

Answered in court. Both you and the prosecution seem to be of the notion that it's illegal to 1.) Leave you're assigned city/town 2.) Cross a state line 3.) defend yourself. If you really bother to think about those items you begin to realize exactly how stupid those notions are.

No law exists for idiocy...which Rittenhouse exemplifies.

March into a riot...as a antagonist to the folks their...wonder why the crowd turns on you and declare..." I had to defend myself".

That is good as the "I shot the black man because he walked down my side of the street...I felt my life threatened"...defense.

In the Arbuary case..." He was clearly up to no good".

Maybe I should try this approach with these racist white nationalists?

He lived right over the border.

I grew up in KC and lived in Str. Louie, both cities being in two states.

Maps are your friend moron.

Stupid is as stupid posts...

You waste your breath on people like Will and YDB. It's not that they CAN'T see it, its that he WON'T see it.

Maybe, just maybe, in the moments before the vermin execute him and his family in the street in front of their burning home will he realize - oh wow! Is that what this was about....?

Yes, we know that this is what it is all about...extermination and execution of opponents...thanks for proving the point that this new Republican order is all about extreme nationalism, xenophobia, neo-facist.

We know this....and we know you lack the balls, like your friend here.

No, it's not.

You're just defending violent rioters who attacked a kid, because you're that kind of person.

"Ashli Babbit, a tiny unarmed woman, was a lethal threat to Michael Byrd while climbing through a window several feet away

Rosenbaum, a child-raping mental patient, was not a lethal threat to Rittenhouse while chasing and assaulting him

This is the position held by many here."

-Matt Walsh.

He isnt wrong. Sad that some are defending a pedo who was attacking a minor. Luckily, the pedo picked the wrong victim.

Partisan victim blaming.

And a strong attempt of turning our justice system into little more of the same.

Lol. Sure tell yourself that.

One case was murder and the other was self defense but you know that and that the facts do not fit the narrative.

*shakes head*

onto ignore for this one. life's too short to deal with such stupids here

More prosecutorial misbehavior: The prosecution just "found" the drone video at the very end of the trial, after all evidence had been presented. Bad as that is, they also gave the defense a low-rez (480 x 1920) version of what they had.

Judge will chew them out and do fuck-all about these lying, dishonest creeps and incompetents.

Not sure about this. In the past, yeah, that's all that would happen. But this case is different because of the national spotlight.

There's going to be a hearing about the videos. If it turns out there was something provably shady, then it's better than even odds the judge will refer the DA's to the State Bar for discipline/disbarment.

Kyle was stupid and his crying on the stand made him look weak as fuck. If he was innocent of murder, why are there two dead? Wandering around in a riot with a gun is not patriotic.

Where did they find that judge?

  • No one is denying that what he did was stupid, but he was 17 and thought he was doing the right thing in helping others.
  • He's being charged for something he didn't do under the law and how has to relive what happened while being questioned about it. Crying is understandable given the circumstances.
  • "If... murder" is where you went wrong and then you went and screwed that up even more.

Funny how he melted down over him being "threatened and chased" but was fine when describing the murders.
