Who will be the Democratic nominee in 2024? Biden mental fitness concerns grow.

It will be Biden and he will win inspite of any concerns....his capacity is far beyond 45 or any such candidate from the other side.
 
I have never thought Biden would be running again in 2024 (and have continually posted as much here), but I think it's too early to see who the contenders will be in 2024--or to have any need to do so. I think Tulsi is already old history.

I could envision a unifying DeSantis/Gabbard ticket, but by then Americans may not be interested in being unified.

Yes, and it’s not just deep divide between progressive Democrats vs moderate Democrats, or between Democrats concerned about Biden’s declining mental capacity vs. those who think he can hold up.

There’s a growing split between Obama Democrats and Biden Democrats. The fissures are especially deep over economic policies. The New York Times ran a piece on this yesterday.

If the 2024 nominee is anyone other than Biden, then it most likely will be somebody none of us have yet heard of. Who had heard of Obama in 2005?
 
It won't be Kamala. Fox News is reporting that there is a rumor going around that the House will soon be involved in a confirmation hearing. Thing is, the House doesn't confirm any Executive nominees. It does, however, confirm Vice-Presidents.

Oh, there will always be time for that -- oppo research ain't that difficult. And swiftboating isn't the kind of thing you want to start early, or the voters will have forgotten all about it by e-day.
 
Another day, another Republican predicting a Republican will be the Democratic nominee in 2024...yawn.

You know, after what Trump put the entire world through in 2017-21, the fact that Biden is sometimes a bit boring is actually a gigantic plus for a LOT of us.
