A federal judge has sentenced Jacob Chansley, the self-styled "QAnon shaman," to 41

A federal judge has sentenced Jacob Chansley, the self-styled "QAnon shaman," to 41 months in prison for his role in the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

what DID he actually do?

show me ANY BLM or ANTIFA rioter looter arsonist that got anywhere near that

Rules don't apply to BLM/AntiFa, they are above the law. :D

Laws are for people who don't agree with Democrats.

The real question is when are Republicans going to figure that out??

Wearing buffalo horn, Raccoon tails, and looking like an aging San Francisco hippie, was Okay; but the red white and blue grease paint was a dangerous expression of enemy collusion.:D

Why don't you already know what the rioters are getting? For someone so interested in those cases, you certainly don't seem to be following them at all.

There are a few charged in Oklahoma with terrorism, which is punishable with life in prison. I don't see where the cases have yet been decided though...been looking
https://theprosecution************ is a good resource.

The prosecution project dot org (being starred out above)

Much of the information about them, their confinement, prison conditions, are being withheld from the public by the lamestream media, and the DC jail management. Routinely refusing entry to law makers and investigative reporters, for instance.

Malik Fard Muhammad was charged with three federal felonies and 26 state felonies...hard to find the case, but he was indicted.

Not my problem....if you care about the cases, you'd at least know who was indicted....it took me five mins to find that information

Filmed shirtless and carrying an American flag through the Capitol, Chansley quickly became one of the most recognizable symbols of the insurrection. The Donald Trump supporter left a hand-written note on a dais that then vice president Mike Pence had vacated as the riot unfolded. “It’s Only a Matter of Time,” the note said. “Justice is coming!”

And he was convicted of what?

You don't care...because you don't believe he did anything

what DID he actually do?

He functioned as the symbol of seditious crazies, like you. As this symbol, he illegally stormed the U.S. Capitol building, brandishing a spear and egging on the other insurrectionists. He illegally roamed the halls of Congress in an act of intimidation and calling for the overthrow of the U.S. governmental process. He left a letter threatening the vice president of the United States at the vice president's desk.

To recognize the symbolic leadership role he voluntarily provided, he was given a sentence that was stiff but that was ten months less than what was requested/recommended.

We simply can't have crazy-theory armed and intimidating violent vigilantism going unacknowledged and unpunished in the United States. His best defense was that the president of the United States called him to do this. On this basis, the former president of the United States should receive a longer prison term than the shaman got.

Other rioters, whatever side of the issues they are on, deserve prosecution and fines/prison time too. It doesn't have to be one or the other. In the other case going, some of these rioters received death at the hands of a vigilante, killing them with an illegally obtained RAPID-FIRE ASSAULT RIFLE.

Pay attention, dummy. I posted the DOJ link to all of the indictments months ago.

I didn't post the thread. If the defender was unfairly prosecuted, I would expect that he means that either
1. The defender was charged with an offense that he didn't deserve
Or
2. The sentencing for those crimes was not inline with the prosecutorial standard of the crime

My first question was discover which charge he disagreed with.

But as I stated...he doesn't know either of the two...he just believes

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but wasn't he convicted of trespassing?

His whole get-up was such a crime against fashion ... regardless of anything else he may or may not have done, surely that's enough?

(I do sometimes wonder if he was just hoping for a really good shot to use on his Tinder profile.)

I think he was kind of hot. :D

Those pants were BAD though. And what's with the gardening gloves? I checked out other photos of him ... really, once you took the hat away, there wasn't a whole lot going on, unless you have a thing for very amateur tattoos.

I was told I was dumb for asking the same question.

I'm sure he'll also call you out as the same.

But maybe not

Reading Keith's post, I'd swear he was Carlos the Jackal, Mohammed Atta and Tim McVeigh all rolled into one.
