The vaccine that is approved is the same one everyone is getting in the US.

There are many therapeutics in trials for Covid. They are for when you get the virus, typically....not for before.

Sadly, what you don't seem to grasp, is that to stimulate production of those antibodies, they would need to develop a vaccine.

Yes, that’s what said. I am not a molecular biologist and am uncertain what that means but if it works, nobody will need the “vaccine” that the FDA approved but is not yet available in the US.
