Hey, dimwits. The polls closed at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time in Virginia. It doesn't matter who counts what when. It's the same number of ballots.

Also, having been a polling captain in Virginia, until the new system of counting was put into place since the last election, precincts didn't even have to start reporting their numbers for an hour after the polls closed. We had to check and recheck the figures--and anyone still in line at the close of the polls was allowed to vote.
