.The Only U.S. President to Be Impeached Twice Calls Biden ‘Worst President in History’.

By many measures Donald Trump was not a great president. He used the office for his own financial gain; he implemented cruel and racist immigration policies; he failed to take the pandemic seriously and did not do enough to slow its spread; and he tried to overthrow the government by stoking a violent insurrection.

But in Trump’s opinion, President Biden has had the “worst presidency in history,” the former president told Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro in an interview that aired on the network Saturday night.

“What grade would you give the Biden administration?” Pirro asked Trump.

“I think you have to say an F. And not an F+, it would be an F,” Trump replied. “It’s a failed administration. It’s a disaster. I’ve never seen anything like it.”

if you made this shit up, no one would ever believe it. oh......wait.............

History is going to call Trump the worst president in history--and won't call Biden anywhere close to that position, so we can just let history take care of that. The Trumpettes are just going to lie about it anyway.

Biden has the experience to govern calmly, latched onto controlling COVID even before he got into office, is putting the executive branch back onto an even keel, and has put forward a citizen-supportive and forward-looking legislative agenda. That it hasn't fallen into place isn't Biden's fault. It's a function of (A) the administration not having been given a workable majority in Congress by the electorate, and (B) the opposition party stonewalling simply everything. The Republican and Trumpettes can't have it both ways--they can't both denounce Biden for not getting government work done and continue to be the primary force in preventing work getting done, including work that benefits the Republicans' own constituents and basic functions of government.

Trump had better hope Biden does a good job of cleaning up his messes. It's the only way Trump can hope to remain only the second-worst president in history, after Andrew Johnson.

I thought Buchanan was ranked worst.

He was a lousy president all right, but I also think he kind of got left holding the bag in a situation where war was inevitable. Johnson actually had the opportunity to make real strides for civil rights after the war, and instead he made everything much worse (and it stayed that way for nearly a century). But even compared to both of them, Trump really was in a league all his own. His only saving grace is the country wasn't already teetering on the edge of civil war.

As the former guy's inept regime recedes further and further in the rear view mirror, one suspects that history will not be kind to his incompetent leadership, particularly his handling of the Covid pandemic.

exactly

voters who want to see even more progress achieved by this gov't's administration need to get out and vote to ensure a greater majority=getting things done a whole lot easier. To pull back because 'oh, they didn't get it done' is entirely counterproductive. vote, get others out to vote, get your representatives in a position where they actually CAN get the sort of things people want passed DESPITE the opposition.

i was naive enough to imagine the close numbers of reps in the house for either party might encourage the best.. to work together to find the sound, middle ground yet still strive for excellence by working together for the people of america. how silly of me. instead, there's all this stonewalling, with very few republicans working towards improving the lot of the american public, party over public interest.
