It's Texas. They are screwier than hell there, so nothing surprises me--especially anything justified on the first or second amendment misreads.
If the perpetrator was white, the thread starter would be the one throwing the party.
Racist always there with the race baiting.![]()
Neither he, nor his family, are partying. That's just the OP adding lies . . . because he just has to.
It was on TV for all to see.![]()
That's Texas and their lax treatment of gun offenses for ya. Young man shouldn't be out at all.
Nothing new when it comes to that Deplorable state. Agree?![]()

Had this happened in Chicago, it wouldn't even had made the local news.
Emonte Morgan, 21, and his brother, Eric Morgan, 22, face a litany of felony charges in the Saturday shooting in West Englewood that killed French and left her partner fighting for his life at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Since we put these task forces in place we’ve seen significant drops in the gun violence in these two districts—the 11th District on the west side and the 7th District Englewood on the south side.
We are making some real positive gains, you know. By no means are we declaring success, but we have seen some really encouraging results.
Where is Rev. Al? Where are the TV lawyers screaming in front of reporters, demanding justice? 100s of people (mostly black) are shot and killed in Chicago every year and yet none of the usual publicity hounds seem to care.
“Civil rights leaders, some of us are meeting with President Biden this week,” Mr. Sharpton said, media watchdog NewsBusters reported. “We not only want to talk about voting rights, and we do, and police reform But how we have to factor in, in dealing with gun violence in this country. You can’t love our people when they’re shot by police, and then look the other way when we’re shooting each other. We have to deal with both.”

The media must not be covering his rally's, marches and press conferences in Chicago.
You can change the focus of the discussion if you want. I was taking about how nobody seems to care about (mostly) black on black violence in Chicago. You want to talk about violence in general. That's fine, my point was made.
I doubt that.

The story of Chicago is a good talking point, from high level, for the right, but it's much more complicated than it's being made. The FBI is heavily engaged with local law enforcement there to work on bringing violence down.

The bigger issue is prosecutorial not law enforcement.
