As you know China is the biggest manufacturer of everything ranging from rubbish to high precision whatsoever in the world, and during this pandemic period, it has turned on the biggest horse power to make things like masks and vaccination to meet the need of the world.

But now the problem is that while the manufacturers have made a lot of things they cannot ship them easily to the end users, and what is more important, they cannot earn the profit as expected. As a result, the government has taken action, first is to cut power supply to big manufacturing entities. You as a producer can take orders from overseas at the cost of loss with a view to opening and keeping the market in future, but I as your government will not permit you to do so.

Very soon you will find your life in a shortage of supply. There are not many factories available in Europe and America that can shoulder this responsibility. Elsewhere in the world workers are not as smart and efficient as those in China. God bless you!

I sense some butt hurt from our "friend" from China.

Could it be that the happiness of the past manufacturing and manufactured real estate boom in China has turned to tears of sadness as companies move their manufacturing out of China???

Yes, there will be some interruptions as manufacturing ramps up elsewhere, but the end result will be a chastened and neutered China., along with more diversified and resilient supply chains.

Just one of many steps that Xi has taken recently. I do understand where he's headed here (I read "Thoughts of Xi), but I'm interested in seeing how the nation reacts to this. Particularly in the knowledge that many of the senior staff of the PLA, and their families, are heavily invested in many of the affected companies.
