Where is it noted in Texas law that abortions which fall under a specific category where child, incest and rape those which fall under a statutory violation of criminal law will be denied a legal abortion. I believe Texas law states just the opposite. I believe that a doctor is required a writ from the courts to proceed with a procedure, the victim is not denied under special circumstances. And abortion is not denied till a fetal heartbeat is present.
