i was just going through a chinese vendor's storefront. one of the things for sale was eyebrow stencils. for a while now i've been wondering why i keep seeing women with the same thick eyebrows with a blunt end. now i know! they're stenciled on. so, what do they use to stencil them? draw them on with an eyebrow pencil? do they make some special product that's like a spray paint? i'm old. most of my eyebrow hairs have fallen out and what's left grow into tendrils that fall into my eyes. maybe i'll stencil on a pair.

I saw on facebook someone demonstrate it. They actually have a pad they use much like rubber stamps. I don't know what the pad is made out of though?

You can probably use a stencil and eye brow pencils
