All you Fox news tit suckers know retired four-star Gen. Jack Keane I am sure. He is the guy that rants and raves about our “national honor” suggesting the administration should have stayed in Afghanistan until “sometime next year.”

Well if America were to stay in Afghanistan it would be a massive financial benefit to retired four-star Gen. Jack Keane, personally, since his company has a $459 million to provide more than 2,000 Humvees to Afghanistan through 2023.

Hmmmmmm - conflict of interest? Did any of you know about this? Do you care?

Oh shut the fuck up. He is one of the most esteemed military commanders, historians, and strategic planners, in the World. He has an impeccable military record. Ask General David Petraeus to comment on his worthiness. You big dummy.

Is he losing a big slug of money out of a negated arms contract or isn't he? What is a retired general doing going into the arms industry? What would that a really esteemed general and president, Dwight D. Eisenhower, say about that?

Who gives a shit? General Keane has a right to making a living after serving his country with honor. It is not illegal, immoral, dishonorable, or a conflict of interest, for him to be the Chairman of that company, no more than it was for Douglas MacArthur to be Chairman of Remington Rand Corp.

.
Yeah, no chance for a conflict of interest there.

JFC

SAD!!!

What would the benefit be? Are you guessing here or do you know?

That assertion makes you dumb as a rock too.

Your post proves you to be superstitious as well as unwilling to judge your betters beyond the straitjacket of limitations of your own character.

The CUbaNTripod thinks decent people actually would demean themselves by debating with a Deplorable.

Newsflash: Once an individual has been identified as a Deplorable, all they are entitled to is derision, ridicule, and scorn.

Hope that helps.

Decent? LMAO. Typical diversion. You can't put two sentences together, so you distract from your failures. You better get used to deplorables. They are here to stay and the pendulum will swing back as it always does.

Do they teach you clowns how to actually debate? You all have the same 2-3 logical fallacies that you use for every argument.

This short answer is "No."

When confronted with contradictory information attack the source and/or engage in ad hominem attacks. Virtually everything they do is right out of "Rules for Radicals." It's so formulaic as to have become a joke.

Stand tall for the military-industrial complex, son!

They're all esteemed until they disagree with you. The list of the retired high-ranking military who have gone against tradition to voice their criticism of trump is staggering.

You Trumpettes are just here to be divisive and to troll. There's no reason to debate you. You're not going to change your posting technique and you are going to continue to be as rotten and divisive as you can be, because your only goal is to "own librals."

All you need be told is that your parasitic drone alt-filled posting here is rejected while you all get banned time and time again.

Jack Keane is a qualified accountant who had a successful career as a military bureaucrat and politician. His field experience is modest, but he has collected numerous gongs, many for enthusiastic ass kissing.

He is a right wing commentator, favourite of Donald Trump's, and firm advocate for transferring Nuclear Technology to Saudi Arabia.

Should have been relieved of his various positions years ago.

The existence of a defense oriented industrial complex is absolutely essential to the defense of the nation. Would you prefer our enemies build the military's weaponry?

Eisenhower's warning had nothing to do with eliminating the defense oriented industrial complex, instead he warned of it's political influence, which is a problem requiring controls, but which has nothing to do with retired generals working for or advising private companies.

"Keane served in the Vietnam War as a Ranger paratrooper, leading in combat as a platoon leader and company commander. He obtained the Combat Infantry Badge and the Master Parachutist Badge.[4] He later served in U.S. engagements in Somalia, Haiti, Bosnia and Kosovo. His commands include the 1st Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, 101st Airborne Division and the XVIII Airborne Corps.[3]

In 1991 Keane saved the life of David Petraeus during a live-fire exercise. According to Keane, Petraeus was shot "accidentally, standing right next to me, and I had to fight to save his life. He had a hole about the size of a quarter in his back and is gushing with blood, and we stopped the bleeding and got him on a helicopter and got him to a surgeon and so we were sort of bonded ever since that time."[5]

Keane retired from military service in 2003.
