I noticed that many of the political conversations are between Americans on here. Here in the UK we have our own set of idiots making decisions and then doing u-turns on policies, mostly to do with Covid19 and the health matters related to it. We are so lucky having our NHS here but at the moment the decisions being made are changed some as much as twice in a day with Ministers confusing policy issues. It truly is just as much of a mess here as it is with you lovely people over the pond

Yeah...it may be politicians are just not suited to making decisions in situations like pandemics because they are always weighing their own interests into the decisions they make.

I'm all turning these decisions over to scientist and medical experts and also with input from economists to access the economic impact of certain decisions.

It is a huge mess and has exposed our weaknesses here in the US if a real global killer event were to take place...I think we would all be doomed!
