Dunno about expanding the franchise, but something definitely 'expands' when I come down every morning and meet my staff and customers!

No special handshake, but there is a lot of 5 knuckle shuffles that goes on here!!


Right! ...got a bit of a sore head from the celebrations last night, but this place doesn't run itself y'know!

Need to go and slowly feed the coffee beans between the grinders - one reason our coffee tastes so great!

Expanding things and coming down, isn't that an oxymoron? Celebrating and sore head, would that be from alcohol or using the little head too much. Maybe in a perfect world it's both! Congrats either way.
