What's involved with joining the staff of my favorite coffee house? What sort of duties are involved and is there a training program or is this for experienced staff only?

Welcome to another Monday friends. Set my mug up and keep the coffee cuming. New guy is working today, and nobody on the team likes him. He's never on time and won't listen to any of us. Heaven help me keep my tongue and stay professional. Definitely could use some distraction. Anyone have ideas or suggestions? Open to hearing your ideas. Good luck today friends
