My perspective on the scenario you describe, is that it sounds like two sexually incompatible people from the start. Either he does crave something that she finds very much a turn off, or she's making some big assumptions about what his interest in being pegged says about him, or he's really not being fully open and clear in how he communicates with her, etc... In any variation I can think of there, it really points to more fundamental issues within the relationship.
I have been pegged by two different women, in totally separate relationships. In my experience I’ve found mixed thoughts. My wife has a group of friends and they talk. I would say her group is pretty diverse, meaning they aren’t all like minded people. And of course they share person information. I come to know them over the years.
