"It's inevitable".... At this point with out global change and reductions on fossil fuel burning.

Mass casualty heat events are just one real aspect of this crisis. On the North East side of Philadelphia we have had two catastrophic rain events in two weeks....6.5 then 7.2 inches of rain in these neighborhoods in less than an hour led to mass evacuations of people driving and also from people's homes due to massive flooding.

This is happening all across the planet.

Ecological collapse is the real danger in the near term, second to these mega storms. All storms are evidence of how the planet attempts to cool itself and stay within a balanced range of temperatures.

It can be reversed, but it’s going to take decades of effort. Meanwhile, we’re going to need hardier crops, societal changes and vastly modified infrastructure.

Well, turning the USA into totalitarian communist state isn't going to fix it....too bad for OP and the other "progressive" (D)ipshits.

The Green New Deal wouldn't do that, even if anyone was paying serious attention to it.

Notice he immediately denies what the New Green Deal is even though nobody brought it up???

Just describing it he already knew.

Nobody is paying serious attention to it, because it was so obviously on it's face exactly what that was.
