Nonsense. Plenty of paperwork and bureaucratic procedures were bypassed via OWS. Full approval from regulators would certainly help boost public confidence. Plenty of motivation exists. The White House failed to meet its vaccination targets. The public health bureaucrats such as those at the WHO, CDC, and our beloved celebrity epidemiologist at NIAID who have been bungling this mess for the last 16 months are deeply concerned too. If they were confident and competent, the approvals would be done. They’re just spitballing.
OWS was just aiming for emergency approval. They applied for full approval in late April, and I'm sure they'll apply pressure to get that done fast than usual, which is why I mentioned Aug/Sept timeframe.
As for vax targets, they actually met several...and so Biden upped the targets for July 4....and that was missed.
The are confident and competent. And when they approve them, you'll have to shift your topic to some other bullshit
