It is fact, treaties were signed between the governing bodies of the times, for example the United States Government and say the Delaware band.

The terms of those treaties were never honoured by the United States Government, and in many cases of the treaties ( they number almost into the thousands) the Government not only did not honour the terms, but instead forced the bands to give up even more than originally agreed too.

So you dumb piece of shit, if I agreed to buy your house, move you to new one of similar size,location and value, I renege and don't pay you for your house, move you to completely different location than we agreed upon, where there was not even a house for you, you would not call me a thief, right?

These are treaties between the United States and the Indians. I've read all of these. I thought you were referring to written treaties and legal documents between the Indians themselves.
