That's going to be the reason why none are prosecuted. The President said the problem was "white Supremacists," so now that it is known those men were all brown and black, they can be excused. After all they were the "Oppressed" only trying to defend themselves from a systemically racist white monolith.

PS: It wouldn't surprise me if Nancy Pelosi and the Squad opened a House committee investigation into the cost, feasibility, and benefits of euthanizing all white children born in the United States, and halting all immigration of all person who are, or identify, as Caucasians.
