and hey, what about all those Americans who go to third world countries on their vacations and sex tours and stuff? if America became a third world country, wouldn't that save them a shit-ton of money? Then, they could put that money back into the local economy while vacationing here because there would be no point in going to another country that was just like this one.

Bad move. Should be local on a case by case basis. Those that were forced to stay home because of shutdowns need to come to an arrangement. Those that are taking advantage of the situation, need to go. Having said that remember that evictions were suspended, rent payments weren't forgiven. Somewhere down the line, people are going to be on the hook for those back payments.
