Freak out at whatever level you feel is appropriate to the actual risk. I would suggest making sure you're vaccinated.....and if so, just be aware that you may be exposed to a higher risk from unvaccinated or vaccinated people.

Currently, all cases have indicated that it is more infectious and more severe, especially in younger people. Plenty of cases to prove that out have already been recorded.

You don't need to be fed information - you should ask your doctor directly of you have questions. The problem is that people want immediate answers that are 100%. No one can give you 100%. But health officials can help you understand risk so you can make an informed decision.

The lady who tells you that vaccines turn you into a magnet cannot adequately assist you in understanding risk.
