Although this may be true in a sense, thinking of it as a loss doesn't give you yourself, or others a chance to work from a neutral frame of thought.
It is a change, an unfortunate one for girls who like their larger boobs who lose weight no doubt. However for me, the more positive finds of something like being more active, healthy, whatever you want to call it far and away exceeds the superficial perceived 'loss' of some boob mass.

When I see the evidence of weight loss, whatever it may be. I don't see loss, I see the effort required for everyday things, the strength of mind to keep the path.
In a world where it's never been easier to dismiss discipline and effort, there is something remarkably attractive about someone who tries.
