Sounds extremely vague. It’s is very unclear what types of circumstances the law might prevent if it were signed into law. If the firearm does not malfunction, works as advertised, and is sold by the manufacturer to licensed dealers in accordance with federal and state laws, there doesn’t seem to be anything in the bill that would subject manufacturers to civil lawsuits if some lunatic uses a gun unlawfully.
