The chilling effect on illegal immigrants reporting crimes, seeking medical help, and educating their children has to be considered. The disruption to local law enforcement and the courts is also a consideration.

The issue of Federal overreach involving some of I.C.E.'s actions under the traitor in chief's administration is also worth considering.
