You mother must have cried bitter tears when you were born with anything but a brainstem. The article clearly mentions the timeframe, we are talking february 2020 when so much wasn't known about the virus (including the fact that it was transmitted through the air, thanks to the Chinese and their famous propensity to lie about everything). Saying that proves Trump right is like showing ads from the 1950's where doctors endorsed cigarettes (the glorious AMA used to get paid to endorse cigarette brands, tells you all you need to know about the AMA) and saying "see, they were safe all along".

Since then every study has shown that as long as all people are wearing masks it cuts down the transmission of the virus. A recent MIT study in looking at covid indoors said that while distancing indoors didn't do shit, masks worked.

Within a month of these emails they were telling people to wear masks. Meanwhile, in March, 2020, Trump was saying Ccovid was over, it was no big deal, it was like the flu and encouraged people to get out and enjoy..we know how well that went.


600k dead, and the infection and death rates in MAGA nation are some of the worst, and after mask mandates went in the death rates and infection rates in those places were low. Most of NYC and NJs deaths happened early, after lockdown and mask mandates the death and inection rates were lower on a per capital basis then shitholes like Florida.
